The ticket includes everything except your flight to and from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (SDQ). We will provide ground transportation, all food and drink, yoga classes, yoga class supplies, herbal medicines, etc. You shouldn’t need too many pesos in this case but you are welcomed to exchange some of your USD for DOP at the SDQ airport especially if you have plans to stay in the country after our retreat.

We look forward to having you join us for a transformative experience at our yoga retreat. We understand that plans can change, and we’ve crafted the following refund policy to balance flexibility for you with our need to manage bookings and arrangements in advance.

Deposit

The initial deposit of $420 is non-refundable. This deposit secures your spot at the retreat and covers administrative costs.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refunds: You are eligible for a 100% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit) if you cancel your booking more than 90 days before the retreat start date.

Partial Refunds: A 50% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit) is available if the cancellation occurs within 60 to 90 days of the retreat start date.

No Refunds: No refunds will be provided if the cancellation occurs 59 days or fewer before the retreat start date.

Winters in the DR tend to be warm but its always good to pack at least one jacket + pair of sweatpants because every once in a while you might just find yourself in a place where the A/C do be booming (especially in the airport). Also plan to pack for the beach, yoga classes, nature walks, and lounging.
